Our commitment to operate in a safe, healthy and ethical manner flows through from top to bottom; with everyone in our business held accountable. At the end of the day, it’s down to each of us to ensure our co-workers, suppliers, clients and the public stay safe when we undertake work—wherever that may be in Mackay or the Whitsundays.
This is why Jayden Enterprises has completed WorkCover Qld Injury Prevention and Management Advance Program (IPAM) as well have obtained our CM3 certification, and all employees are required to complete and obtain Nationally recognised Working with Children Blue Card as well as an annual Police Check.

Our Safety Objectives
- To be an Industry leader in Workplace Health & Safety
- To give Occupational Health & Safety management equal status with other management functions
- To provide training, supervision, safe working practices & facilities necessary to ensure hazards are continuously identified, assessed & controlled to improve workplace conditions
- To promote a pro-active approach to health & safety, to consult with & encourage all personnel to participate actively in the development of Occupation Health & Safety programs
- To ensure that no work starts without confirmation that essential safety systems are in place & that if safety would be compromised operations are to be suspended

- Promptly reporting & investigating all incidents & accidents or hazardous conditions & applying appropriate corrective action
- Provide an effective system for the rehabilitation of injured employees
